This 1:48 (quarter) scale Art Nouveau-inspired Penthouse Boudoir completes the C'est La Vie structure. This is a collaborative effort with Suzanne and Andrew's Miniatures. 

Art Nouveau details are included throughout the structure - from the tree-shaped trim surrounding the doorway – to the beautiful wallpapers custom designed for this piece.

The kit includes:

• an all-wood structure
• wood windows
• incredible exterior trim
• stained glass
• exterior artwork
• highly detailed interior door and window trim
• elevator 
• custom designed interior wallpaper, flooring and ceiling paper
• dark brown art marker to color the interior door and window trim (may also be used on the C'est La Vie café furnishings)
